Customer is manufacturing an American brand of artificial leather. Customer has a pollution control system containing a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) and a secondary Heat Exchanger (HX).
Heat exchanger model: 4860DPL144-0.4375-IU with insulation & cladding.
HX receives hot exhaust air from RTO and preheats air supplied to the dryer system.
Packaged unit includes base frame work with exhaust air fan, supply air fan, inlet and outlet plenums on both sides of the HX
packaged unit with both supply and exhaust fans
Sucked out of RTO exhaust stack, and reintroduced colder exhaust air further down exhaust stack.
PRE-heat Inc. Designed the secondary HX system around customer provided parameters. All parts are cut, formed, welded and assembled at PRE-heat Inc.

Plate dimples are formed to depth within ± .010
Structure and shell have tolerance of ± 1/8”

Dye penetrant tests applied to primary seals and shell welds. Standard internal QC documents
