PRE-heat, Inc. is known for quality work produced efficiently. We were commissioned by a customer in the mineral industry for a DPL heat exchanger manufacturing project.

Made of 304 stainless steel, two complete heat exchanger systems were manufactured in 4 weeks. Using our vast array of equipment, including water jets, plasma cutters, welding machines, a brake press, sheer, band saw, and two 20-ton double bridge cranes, we manufactured the systems measuring 72" long by 48" wide with an 18" gauge thickness. The systems had flow rates of 35,000 SCFM, and everything was within ± 1/8" tightness tolerance.

Quality is of utmost importance to us in all we do. To ensure this quality is met, we perform in-process testing on our products. The shell was all die penetrate tested, and was built while using our standard Quality Control Sheets/system. Upon completion of the units, which were unpainted due to their stainless steel composition, our customer was very pleased with our work. We know you will be, too.
