Utilizing our in-shop, top-of-the-line equipment, we manufactured the entire thermal fume incinerator. The system consisted of CS hot air outlet plenum with internal insulation, stainless steel stacks and service platform, and stainless steel inlet ductwork.

Stainless Steel Manufacturing of DPL Heat Exchangers for Recovering Heat on a Mineral Dryer
Made of 304 stainless steel, two complete heat exchanger systems were manufactured in 4 weeks. Using our vast array of equipment, including water jets, plasma cutters, welding machines, a brake press, sheer, band saw, and two 20-ton double bridge cranes, we manufactured the systems measuring 72" long by 48" wide with an 18" gauge thickness.
